Service Description

The goal of the evaluation is to find the root source of your problem so that we can develop a plan to address any issues in mobility, pain, strength, coordination, vertigo, and balance. After the evaluation we will discuss the findings with you and make sure you understand how to manage your condition. If you do not have a referral from your physician that is ok. We can send our evaluation over to your primary care physician and coordinate with them to ensure that it is covered by insurance. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in to your first appointment.
